#010 Train v Pedestrian Collision
 
An adult male walked around the lowered crossing arms and stood in front of an oncoming train on Dusterberry Way near Peralta Rd.   The train collided with the male and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.  Officer Robinson/FTO Little are completing the investigation.
 
#036 DUI Arrest  
Officer San Luis arrested a 31 year old adult male for DUI.
 
#024 Attempt Residential Burglary
Officers responded and took a report in the 38000 block of Hygelund Dr. For an attempt burglary.  The unknown suspect broke the master bedroom window with an unknown object. The suspect(s) did not make entry.  No suspect leads and no surveillance. 
 
#026 Attempted Residential Burglary 
officers responded to the 38000 block of Chimaera Circle to investigate a burglary attempt.  The unknown suspect broke a side house window with an unknown object.  No entry made, no suspect leads and no surveillance. 
 
#033 Armed Robbery 
Officers responded to  the Shell gas station on the 42800 block of Mission Blvd to investigate an armed robbery.  The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 30 years of age, approximately 5’10” with a thick build, a mustache, wearing a black full-face motorcycle helmet and a black hoody.  The suspect was armed with a medium sized revolver.  The suspect fled in a gray Mazda 6 4-door sedan.  The suspect was the passenger and the driver was described as a white female adult with a brown pony tail.
  
#041  Unwanted Guest/Public Intoxication 
Officer Hartman is dispatched to Salang Pass Restaurant on the report of a male who is refusing to leave the kitchen area.  Officer Hartman arrests a 44 year old adult male for public intoxication and books him into the Fremont Jail.
 
#003 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officers are dispatched to the report of a male who is unresponsive in the back seat of a parked vehicle.  Officers arrive on-scene and contact a 30 year old adult male.  They find him to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The male is cited and released by Officer Stinson.

#018 Stolen Vehicle/ Robbery Investigation
Officer Robinson and FTO Little conducted a security check of the Motel 6 (north), during which they located a stolen vehicle (Silver Mazda 6).  Officer Rodriguez and FTO Magana arrived to assist, at which time Officer Robinson and Officer Rodriguez recalled hearing about the armed robbery in briefing (noted above) at the Shell Gas station from the previous night.  Officers maintained surveillance on the vehicle and later noticed a male and female approach the vehicle and gain entry.   The two were detained without incident, at which time officers noticed a black hoodie sweatshirt within the trunk of the vehicle.  Due to the fact that this sweatshirt matched the sweatshirt worn during the robbery, officers had the vehicle towed to the police department for processing.  In addition the male was found to be in possession of approximately 3.5 grams of meth and a crank pipe.  The female had a Ramey warrant out of our agency for identity theft.  Both were transported to the PD for questioning.    Officer Robinson and FTO Little teamed up with Officer Han and FTO Hanrahan, who handled the robbery investigation from the prior night.  
 
#019 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officer Boyd is detailed to a house on Argyle Court, where the home owner recently went through an official eviction process with ACSO.  The home owner arrived today only to find people squatting in the residence.   According to the home owner, one of the subjects brandished a sword at him, at which time he contacted the PD.  Officers arrive and eventually make contact with a male and female.  The male is found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and is arrested.
 
#027 Residential Burglary
Officers responded to the 1500 block of White Birch Tr.  to investigate a residential burglary. 
 
#034 Public Intoxication Arrest
Saddle Rack security calls to report a drunk male who tried to flee without paying his $4 tab.  The 28 year old adult male is detained by security.  Officer Torrico arrives on-scene and arrests the male for public intoxication.  
 
#001 DUI  Collision
A reporting party calls to report that he has been in a non-injury collision and the other driver smells of alcohol.  Officer Piol arrives on-scene and determines the other driver, a 58 year old adult male, is under the influence of alcohol.  He is arrested and booked at the Fremont Jail.
