There is new stop sign at Smucker and Apple Creek roads but video shows some motorist still do not stop.

This intersection has had 17 crashes from 2011-2014, including one fatal crash in 2014, and one crash through the first six weeks of 2015. Today we placed a camera at this location to see how things are going. Follow the link for the video. http://youtu.be/3Euk4nUlJEs
