#005 Warrant Arrest
Officer Smith conducted a traffic stop and arrested/cited a 26 year old adult male for his outstanding warrant.
#021 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest
Officer Roberts and Officer Ceniceros made a traffic stop at Cabrillo Dr/Bianca Dr and arrested a 30 year old adult male for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
#024 Driving with a Suspended License
Officer Perry made a traffic stop at Fremont Bl and Grimmer Bl and arrested/cited a 26 year old adult male for driving with a suspended license.
#027 Commercial Burglary
A business on the 46600 block of Landing Parkway was burglarized during the evening. Officers had responded to an alarm call at 12:01 a.m. the previous night and found it to be secure. The two suspects were caught on video wearing masks to hide their identity and pried open the double doors. Once inside the suspects stole lap top computers.
#033 Commercial Burglary
Officers responded to a second burglary by what appeared to be the same suspects from #027 above. This one was also captured in video and took place on the 46300 block of Landing Parkway. The loss was lap tops computers.
#031 Residential Burglary
CSO Baca investigated a residential burglary on Cognina Ct. which occurred between 9:34 a.m. and 9:43 a.m. The suspects were caught on security video arriving at the residence in a white colored 4-door sedan. One of the suspects exited the vehicle and kicked the front door of the residence to gain entry. The loss was jewelry. Both suspects were wearing black colored sweat shirts and jeans.
#037 Warrant Arrest
Officers respond to the report of a disturbance at Mountain Mikes Pizza on Washington Bl. The caller reported that four to five individuals were yelling in the parking lot and appeared to be intoxicated. One of the parties was contacted and arrested for warrants.
#050 Warrant Arrest
Officer Chan conducted a traffic stop and arrested the 28 year old adult female driver, for driving with a suspended license. The 38 year old adult male passenger, was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant for possessing stolen property. The male was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.
#010 Under the Influence
Officer Forsberg and FTO Macciola conducted a pedestrian stop on a 37 year old adult female and arrested her for being under the influence of stimulant. The female is transported to the Fremont Jail where a meth pipe containing approximately one gram of meth was located. The female was eventually booked into Santa Rita Jail for a variety of drug related charges to include violation of her probation for drug charges.
#004 Stolen Vehicle
A resident on Carmen St called in a suspicious van that was parked near their house. They provided the license plate which revealed the van was stolen out of Newark. It was unknown if the van was occupied due to dark window tint. Officers safely clear the vehicle and a male is located sleeping inside and was arrested without incident. This case was handled by Officer Chahouati and supervised by Sgt. Tarango.
