Madison Ave closed betwn Morristown Hosp and Franklin St due to a crash. Plan alt route. 
Morristown Police are advising that Madison Avenue is closed between Morristown Memorial Hospital and Franklin Street due to a crash with an overturned vehicle.
As a result of the emergency response, the roadway will be temporarily closed and traffic will be diverted onto Franklin Street.
Motorists should expect temporary delays and plan alternate routes if possible.
A further broadcast will be made once the roadway is open.
