On 02/19/15 at 0040 hours, a male was seen on the rear deck of a residence in the 900 block of Night Owl Lane. 
On 02/19/15 at 0040 hours, a male 5'10" tall, mid 20's, medium build, wearing dark clothing, and a neon orange hat was seen running off of the rear deck of a residence in the 900 block of Night Owl Lane.
