#006 Commercial Burglary
At 6:50 a.m. employees of the Cabrillo Park Café arrive to find the front door smashed and a suspect running out of the restaurant to a red Dodge pickup truck which flees. They are able to obtain a good description and call the police. Officers arrive and discover the business has been burglarized with the loss being cash. Detectives are notified and will complete follow up due to this may be part of an ongoing trend. Investigated by Officer Montojo and FTO Sasser.
#031 Stolen Vehicle
A black 1995 Honda Accord, License plate #3NOM364 is taken from the Lucky parking lot at Charter Square. Documented by CSO Baca.
#035 Residential Burglary
Officers investigated a residential burglary on Via Sombrio. Entry was made by braking the rear window. Loss included a small safe. Investigated by CSO Baca.
#037 Warrant Arrest
Officer Hernandez conducted a traffic stop on a 37 year old adult male and arrested him for an outstanding traffic warrant.
