Motorists & pedestrians USE CAUTION on Great Mills Rd- sidewalks on both sides covered in snow; pedestrians are walking in the roadway. SMCSO is actively working to find a solution.
We understand walking is a common mode of travel for the residents who live and work along Great Mills Road; however it is not legal to walk in the travel portion of the roadway and it is definitely NOT SAFE. Drivers may not see you especially at night. Please use an alternate route or mode of travel until the sidewalks are plowed. THANK YOU
