Poplar St in Sandpoint will be closed to through traffic between 6th St and Forest Ave on 02/19/2015 starting at 7:00 AM, completion time is unknown. N Boyer Ave at Poplar St will be considered a work zone and reduced to a single lane. There will be two flaggers on site for traffic control.
