On February 17, 2015, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshal’s Task Force apprehended Marquis Acree in East Point.
Shortly after broadcasting a Nixle Alert, a tip was received in reference to a possible location of the two suspects. Acree was wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for Murder. This charge stems from a incident that occurred October 3, 2014 in College Park, Ga. One suspect is still outstanding. Sheriff Victor Hill
