Winter weather advisory 3pm today to 9am Monday 
National Weather Service has issued at winter weather advisory for areas along the Missouri River, effective from 3pm today until 9am Monday 2/16/2015. Snow is expected to begin mid afternoon and continue until early Monday morning. Snow accumulations of 2-4 inches possible.
