Full Notification

On 2/13/15, a citizen dropped off a lost dog with no tags in the police department lobby. Our Animal Control Officer scanned the dog for a microchip and, after discovering one was present, began the process of identifying the dog’s owner. While this was being done, an observant police officer recognized the animal from a missing dog flyer and called the owner to notify her that the pet was located. The overjoyed owner came to the police department and was reunited with her dog. Friday the 13th turned out to be a lucky day for this little guy!
