Canyon Country East, Zone 8, Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information. Snapshot for 02/02/2015 to 02/09/2015.

A murder occurred near the 18000 block of Danielson Street. The suspect was arrested. This incident is currently under investigation by LASD Homicide Detectives

A grand theft occurred near Canyon Park Blvd and Jakes Way. The victim reported that their vehicle was broken into and several items were stolen from his vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A burglary occurred near the block 18200 of Jakes Way. Four suspects entered a residence and stole several items. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A vehicle burglary occurred near the 27000 block of Jason Drive. The victim reported that their vehicle was broken into and a pair on sunglasses were stolen. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A petty theft occurred near the 29300 block of Canyon Rim Place. The victim reported that several items were stolen from her unlocked vehicle.  This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.

A shoplifting occurred near the block of 19300 Golden Valley Road. Two person was apprehended and arrested for shoplifting. . This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
