Detectives are Investigating the Death of a Four Week Old Baby in Yucca Valley

LOCATION: 8500 block of Amador Avenue, Yucca Valley
VICTIM: Four week old male
SUSPECT: N/A
SUMMARY:
On Monday, February 9, 2015, at approximately 4:30 a.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station and medical aid responded to a residence on Amador Avenue in response to a baby not breathing. The baby was transported to High Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. Life saving efforts were attempted, however, a short time later, the baby was pronounced deceased.
Investigators from the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division responded to the location and are investigating the incident.
