THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DETROIT/PONTIAC HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 AM EST FRIDAY. HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* COLD TEMPERATURES AND LIGHT NORTHWEST WINDS WILL SEND WIND CHILLS DOWN TO 15 TO 20 BELOW TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING. IMPACTS...

* WIND CHILL IN THE ADVISORY RANGE COULD LEAD TO FROSTBITE OF EXPOSED SKIN IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LENAWEE ... MONROE ... WASHTENAW ... WAYNE

Instructions:
