Hello again, this is Dr. Zychowski with an update regarding today’s shelter in place at Linwood Middle School.
A single bullet was found outside Linwood Middle School by a resident. As a precautionary measure, school safety procedures were enacted. The North Brunswick Township Police followed all protocols and had the building searched by a county canine. Additionally, all students were wanded with portable metal detectors. I am happy to report that nothing was discovered.
The school was deemed safe by the North Brunswick Township Police and allowed to resume normal operations. We thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any questions or concerns about the aforementioned issue, please contact Linwood Middle School at 732-289-3600.
