Storm damage to power poles in the area of Woodward Ave are causing power outages in Sausalito. 
During the evening of February 6, 2015, high winds and rain caused damage to power poles in the area of the 200 block of Woodward Ave. Due to this damage, there are power outages in several areas of Sausalito. PG&E will be conducting repairs and portions or Woodward Ave will be closed during the repairs. It is unknown at this time how long the road closures and power outages are expected to continue. Please contact PG&E at 1-800-743-5002 for updates.
The Sausalito Police Department urges motorists to drive with extreme caution as there are some reports of traffic signals being out of service due to the power outages. The Sausalito Police Department reminds drivers that if traffic signals are not working, then treat the intersection as an all-way stop before proceeding.
