12-year-old Rylee Elder has been found safe. A Sheriff's Deputy spotted Rylee walking down the street after leaving a friend's house just before 3:30 a.m. She has been reunited with her parents.

Be on the lookout for a missing 12-year-old girl in the unincorporated area of Escondido. Rylee Annmarie Elder was reported missing to the San Marcos Sheriff’s Station just before 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4th. Rylee’s parents told deputies she had a disagreement with her stepfather just before 6:00 p.m. and hasn’t been seen since.
Rylee has a developmental disability and has the mental capacity of an eight-year-old child. She also needs to take medication.
Rylee was last seen at the intersection of North Nutmeg Street and Sunset Heights Road. She was wearing a light-colored top with flowers, dark blue jeans and pink-colored shoes. Rylee has blonde hair, blue eyes, stands 5’4” and weighs 120 pounds.
