Deputies are reporting a semi blocking southbound I69 @the rest park. Traffic is moving very slow through that area and it is expected to be cleared out of the way in the next 30 minutes. Blowing snow has limited visibility to 1/4 mile in some areas. All roads in Steuben County are snow covered and slippery, including the main highways. Please use caution if you have to travel and make certain you turn on your headlights. Be alert for County and State highway equipment as they too are out working on keeping our roads open! Please give yourself plenty of travel time, use your headlights so that taillights are on too and give plenty of stopping distance at intersections and between other vehicles.
