Today the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit apprehended Xavior Bernard Nash at a residence in East Point without incident. After several days of investigating, which included interviewing friends and family members. Mr. Nash was wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for charges of Felony Murder (2 counts), Malice Murder, Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment and Theft by Taking. These charges stem from an incident which occurred May of 2014.Sheriff Victor Hill.
