North Manchester – Last night, a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police Detective Josh Maller resulted in the arrest of Kestrel Falcon Little, 21, North Manchester, IN. Little was incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail to face three felony counts for child molestation.
Detective Maller started an investigation after receiving information from the Wabash County Division of the Indiana Department of Child Services that a Wabash County girl had possibly been molested. Detective Maller’s investigation revealed that Little had allegedly committed sexual acts with a 13-year-old Wabash County girl. The sex acts purportedly occurred on multiple occasions from November 2014 until December 2014.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
