Borough of South Toms River Offices Closed, Travel Ban lifted 
Borough Offices will remain closed for Tuesday January 27.
Travel ban for the immediate area has been lifted by state officials. Roads south of Interstate 195 can be traveled on and used by the general public. However the travel ban still remains in effect for roads north of Interstate 95
