Pasadena Police have an apartment building surrounded at 70 N. Harkness Avenue regarding an armed suspect inside an apartment unit refusing to exit. Building residents are being evacuated. Special Enforcement Section officers (SWAT) are on scene. Traffic restricted on Harness Avenue between Colorado Blvd. on the south and Walnut Street on the north. Please avoid the area as public safety is our first priority as we attempted to resolve the situation without incident.
