Snow accumulations of 20 to 30 inches. Snowfall rates of 2 to 4 inches per hours are expected late Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Winds - 25 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH.
Temperatures - Mid teens to mid 20s.
Accumulations of 1 to 3 inches expected by the evening rush. Snow will pick up in intensity this evening with heaviest snow and strongest winds from about midnight tonight into Tuesday afternoon.
Impact - Extremely dangerous travel due to heavy snowfall and strong winds with whiteout conditions. Strong winds may down power lines and tree limbs.
A blizzard warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected. Falling or blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibility will lead to whiteout conditions making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel! All unnecessary travel is discouraged beginning today. No overnight parking is allowed on snow covered road to allow snow removal equipment to clear roads.
