Suspect(s): Black male adult, 20's, small build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans. Suspect was armed with a handgun.

On Friday, January 23rd at approximately 10:26 pm, the Walnut Creek Police Department received a call that a robbery had just occurred at the Freebirds restaurant located at 1512 Geary Road. The suspect (listed above) robbed the business by displaying a handgun at the employees. The suspect left the business with an undisclosed amount of money and ran towards the street. None of the employees were injured during the robbery.
