Pless was wanted by Clayton County Sheriff's Office for Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, Sexual Battery, Possession of Marijuana One Ounce or Less and Prostitution-Pimping. These charges stem from an incident that occurred November 10,2014 in Jonesboro. Mr. Pless is currently being held in Greensboro, North Carolina and is awaiting extradition back to Georgia.
