A residential burglary occurred near the 15600 block of Lucille Court. Entry to the location was obtained through the backyard sliding door. The house was ransacked and several items were stolen from the location including a rifle, shotgun and electronics.
A residential burglary was reported from the 13000 block of Sierra Highway. In this incident the suspect(s) stole several items within a month’s time span. They stole a sleuth’s box, air compressor, wheel barrel and a water pump.
A burglary was reported near the 16300 block of Placerita Canyon Road. The suspect cut the surveillance camera wires that were facing a cargo container. The suspect was able to steal a bronze mail box that was worth $5000.
A residential burglary was reported near the 17700 block of Wren Drive. The suspect used a ladder to gain access to the second floor of the location. The suspect cut open the screen on the window to gain entry to the residence. The suspect stole a small safe containing 6 gold rings and a iPod.
A residential burglary occurred near the 27500 block of Marta Lane. The victim left her ground floor window unlocked. The suspect gained entry through that window and stole a Sony playstation, Apple iMac, playstation games and an Michael Kors wrist watch.
A residential burglary occurred near the 17800 block of Deana Lane. The suspect entered the open bedroom window and stole the victim’s iPad.
A vehicle burglary occurred near the 29100 block of Lotusgarden. The victim had her laptop (unknown brand) stolen from her trunk. She was unsure how the suspect got into her vehicle.
A grand theft from a vehicle occurred near the 29300 block of Canyon Rim Place. The suspect stole golf clubs, hands free Bluetooth, and a Bushnell scope. His vehicle was un locked so the suspect was easily able to gain entry to the vehicle.
An attempted grand theft auto was reported from 18200 Sandy Drive. The suspect punched the driver’s side door lock and entered the 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. The suspect then removed the steering wheel Colum and attempted to hot wire the truck. The suspect was unsuccessful.
With tax season coming up remember that the IRS will never tell you that you will be arrested for not paying your taxes on time or request a tax payment over the phone. There have been numerous scams involving this type of activity recently.
