Robbery suspect with distinctive tattoos 
On Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 7:15p.m., two 15-year-old Hispanic males were walking northbound on Western Ave just south of Del Amo Blvd on the west side of the street to FANTASTIC CAFÉ, located at 20305 Western Ave. The males observed the suspect described below standing on the west sidewalk of Western Ave next to a bus stop, just south of FANTASTIC CAFÉ.
Upon exiting FANTASTIC CAFÉ, the victims began walking southbound on the west side of Western Ave and as they passed the above-mentioned bus stop, the suspect yelled back toward them, “Hey, where you from?”
The suspect accused the victims of being taggers and told them he needed their cell phones to determine if they were in fact taggers. The suspect told the victims he was 38 years old and that they could trust him with their phones. The suspect then removed his baseball cap, rubbed the back of his head and stated, “I’m from this hood.” The victims handed over their cell phones to the suspect who then grabbed the arm of one of the victims and removed his wristwatch. The suspect was last seen eastbound 204th St from Western Ave on foot.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Hispanic male adult, in his 30s, 5’10”-6’00” tall, 200 lbs, medium to chubby build, shaved head, tattoo on the right back of his head with block letters “ST”, tattoo of three dots below his right eye, wearing a blue baseball cap with L.A. on the front, light gray hoodie, dark blue jeans and white Jordan shoes.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: None seen or heard
