Evansville Woman Arrested for Public Intoxication, BAC .43%
Knox County: An Evansville woman was arrested last night north of Vincennes for public intoxication after an investigation revealed she had a blood alcohol content of .43%
At approximately 10:45 last night, Master Trooper Jim Dotson was patrolling SR 67 when he spotted a Black 2013 Honda CRV parked in a driveway near Hagemeier Lane. When Dotson approached the vehicle he found it was occupied by Sandra Dee Goshinska, 51, of Evansville. Dotson detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and Goshinska displayed signs of extreme intoxication. Goshinska’s vehicle was not running and the keys were not in the ignition. She was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes where it was revealed she had a BAC of .43%. Further investigation revealed Goshinska had a suspended driver’s license. She was arrested for public intoxication and taken to the Knox County Jail where she is currently being held on bond.
