Deputies are Asking for the Public's Assistance in Locating a Suspect Wanted for Vehicle Burglary in Grand Terrace

INCIDENT: Vehicle Burglary
LOCATION: 11800 Block of Mt. Vernon, City of Grand Terrace
SUSPECT(S): #1 - Joshua Art, 21years old (Outstanding) #2 - Brandon Hill, 27 years old #3 - Lindsey Loza 24 years old
SUMMARY: On Monday, January 19, 2015 at 2:29 a.m. Deputies responded to the report of a vehicle burglary in progress. The victim called stating his wife found an unknown white male adult in their vehicle. The victim confronted the suspect, later identified as Joshua Art, who fled on foot. The victim chased Art into a nearby tree line and lost visual of him. Deputies arrived on scene and began canvassing the area. Brandon Hill was located in the tree line and was in possession of burglary tools. Deputies located the vehicle the suspects arrived in and contacted Loza who was waiting for Art and Hill. Loza was found in possession of Oxycontin 30mg pills, Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Loza and Hill were arrested for conspiracy and Loza was arrested for possession of illegal narcotics. Both were booked into the Central Detention Center. Joshua Art is still outstanding.
