Lowell-Major Steve Holland, Indiana State Police Laboratory Division Supervisor, recognized Forensic Scientist I Kristin Sturgeon for her thirty years of service recently.

Kristin Sturgeon grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin where she graduated Sheboygan South High School. She graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemistry. After graduation she returned to Sheboygan where she worked for Ebenreiter Company as a union carpenter for 1 ½ years before moving to Indiana and working for Enthone Corporation as a chemist.
