On 1/18/15 @ approximately 1400 hrs., Sonoma County Violent Crimes Investigations Detectives located and arrested Leonel Baul Alinea, 35 years old, of Daly City Ca, in connection with the robbery and assault of a 28 year old female victim at the Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park. The Graton Resort and Casino Security Officials were instrumental in the identification and capture of the suspect in this case.
Sonoma County Sheriff's Violent Crimes Investigations Detectives arrested Alinea without incident in the parking lot of the Graton Resort and Casino after detectives had gained information that Alinea had returned to the parking lot to retrieve his vehicle.
Leonel Baul Alinea was subsequently booked into the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility on the charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Robbery, and Burglary. Alinea is being held on $100,000 Bail awaiting arraignment.
The investigation is on-going.
