Turlock Police Department Detective Frank Navarro is asking for the community’s help. Detective Navarro is seeking anyone who may have witnessed or has additional information regarding three sexual assault cases that occurred between December 18, 2012, and July 5, 2013, involving 19- year-old Jason Daniel Lara of Turlock. Lara was arrested for the incident that occurred in July 2013 and has been incarcerated since. On January 15, 2015, Detective Navarro re-booked Lara for an incident that occurred on December 2012, for sexual assault related charges. All three incidents occurred in the northwest area of Turlock.
