Advisory

Please take part in the Green Police Department Citizen Survey and give us input on what matters to you.

In an effort to provide excellent police service, the Green Bay Police Department has recently released a citizen survey. This survey will serve as a comparison to a similar study performed in 2010. This survey will provide you, the citizens of Green Bay, the opportunity to voice your opinion of our service and give us input on what police related issues are most important or concerning to you.

To maximize responses, our survey is being conducted by two different methods: print and social media. The print version of the survey has been mailed to 1,000 random addresses within the Green Bay city limits and contains a copy of the 6-page survey, a letter from Chief of Police Thomas Molitor, and a stamped return envelope. The social media version of the survey can be found on the Green Bay Police Department’s Website www.gbpolice.org or the Facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/GreenBayPolice.

We invite any Green Bay resident to complete the online survey, indicating the district in which they reside so we can distinguish between our police districts in evaluating results. We will be putting out a separate survey for business owners in the near future.

We are dedicated to our mission of providing service through a partnership with the community that builds trust, reduces crime, creates a safe environment, and enhances the quality of life in our neighborhoods. We greatly value your opinion, and your responses will assist us in assessing our strengths and weaknesses and will help determine how we may better serve you, your neighborhood, and the City of Green Bay as a whole.
