Terrorist Threat Arrest 
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Gadsden attorney has been arrested for making a terrorist threat against a law enforcement officer, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Frank Wayne Bailey, 62, of Gadsden, is charged with one count of terrorist threat, which is a felony,” Captain Jason Argo said.
Bailey allegedly made a threatening statement to a state trooper. The incident occurred, on January 8, during traffic court in an Etowah County district judge’s courtroom.
Bailey is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center on $2,500 property bond.
