Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office is releasing the name of the person who died in the vehicle collision on the evening of January 12, 2015 on River Road, east of Canyon 2 Road, Guerneville.
The deceased is identified as Holly Ann Stephens, a 52 year old woman from Guerneville. Her family was located and informed of her death.
The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office has scheduled an autopsy today to determine the cause and manner of Stephens’ death.
The California Highway Patrol is conducting the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the vehicle collision.
