#021 Felony Warrant Arrest
At 12:15 p.m. officers were dispatched to a trespassing call at the Mission Peak Apartments, located on Stevenson Blvd. Officer San Luis and FTO Perry made contact with the subject eventually locating a toy hand gun. The 26 year old adult male, Stockton resident, was determined to have an outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrant for his arrest.
#015 Commercial Burglary
Officers investigated a commercial burglary on the 43000 block of Grimmer. This is the third time that this restaurant has been burglarized via a window smash. Loss was a cash register and cash. No suspects identified and no arrests were made.
#028 Suspended Driver’s License Arrest
At approximately 3:40 p.m., Officer Ramsey conducted a vehicle stop on Albrae St. The 33 year old adult male driver had a suspended driver’s license. He was subsequently cited.
#033 Suspended License
At approximately 5:50 p.m., Officer Richards conducted a vehicle stop on Blacow Rd. near Hansen. The 61 year old adult male driver was identified and officers learned his license was suspended. He was cited for the violation.
#034 Possession of Concentrated Cannabis
At 6:10 p.m., Officer Stillitano conducted a vehicle stop near Mission Blvd. and Mowry Ave. During the stop he contacted an 18 year old adult male who was found to be in possession of concentrated cannabis.
#031 DUI Arrest
At approximately 3:40 p.m., Officer Tang noticed a male asleep at the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Paseo Padre Parkway and Peralta Blvd. Officer Tang approached the vehicle and knocked on the window with no response. He opened the door and quickly put the vehicle in park. The driver, a 41 year old adult male, underwent a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI.
#043 Vehicle Code Violation
Officer Hernandez stopped a 23 year old adult male near Fremont/Thornton and arrested him for a driving without a driver’s license.
#001 Vehicle Code Violation
At 11:53 p.m., Officer Luevano stopped a car load leaving Motel 6 north and arrested a 27 year old adult male for driving while unlicensed.
#002 Possession of a Controlled Substance
At approximately 12:50 a.m., Officer Luevano stopped a vehicle near Hansen/Holly and contacted a 53 year old adult male probationer. A follow up search of his person and nearby residence resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

#005 Driving without a License
At 7:35 a.m., Officer Liu conducted a traffic stop at Warm Springs Blvd and Warren Ave and arrested/cited a 39 year old adult male for driving without a license.
#007 Warrant Arrest
Officer Sanders conducted a warrant service at Motel 6 south and arrested a 28 year old adult male for multiple outstanding warrants.
#008 Warrant Arrest
At 9:10 a.m., Officer Sanders conducted another warrant service at Motel 6 south and arrested a 21 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.
IH#2809 Warrant Arrest
Officer Layfield conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 28 year old adult male for his outstanding warrant.
#024 Suspended License Arrest
At approximately 5:30 p.m., Officer Richards conducted a vehicle stop at Blacow Rd and Central Ave. The driver was identified as a 22 year old adult male who is found to have a suspended driver’s license. He was subsequently arrested and transported to jail.
#026 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
At 5:53 p.m., Officer Stillitano conducted a vehicle stop at Old Canyon and Niles Canyon. The driver, a 23 year old adult male, is contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
#028 Suspended License
At approximately 9:15 p.m., Officer Zargham conducted a vehicle stop at Decoto Rd and Ozark River. The driver, a 22 year old adult male, Antioch resident, was identified and had a suspended driver’s license. The male was cited for the violation and his vehicle towed.
#002 Suspicious Circumstance
At approximately 12:25 a.m., a male called 9-1-1 from 7-Eleven on Central Ave and reported seeing another male outside of the store with a gun. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie. Officers arrived on scene within seconds and located two males standing outside the store, one of them matching the suspect description. The two males were detained and no gun was located. The caller stated that the detained males were not involved. The final story from the caller was that he was followed to the 7-Eleven on foot by three males, one of which was in possession of a handgun. The males did not attempt to contact him however, he was scared. The three males left in a white, early 2000’s, 4-door sedan, possibly a Honda or Toyota just prior to police arrival. #007 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
At approximately 8:50 a.m., Officer Estes conducted a traffic stop near Fremont Blvd/Enea Ct and arrested the driver, a 53 year old adult male, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
#011 Suspicious Circumstances
Officers responded to Grimmer Taco Bell on a report of a “man with a gun.” The reporting party stated the male suspect pulled the gun out of his sweatshirt pocket, looked at it, and then put it back. Officers arrived on scene shortly after the report was made, however the suspect was not located. Patrons inside the restaurant were not aware of the suspect and there were no surveillance cameras in or around the restaurant. The suspect was described as white male, 5’10” tall with a heavy build, 30 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue t-shirt, and denim shorts. Officer Forsberg documented the incident.
#017 Possession of an Unloaded Firearm in a Vehicle and Felon in Possession of a Stun Gun
At 3:40 p.m., Officer Hollifield conducted a traffic stop at Mowry / Glenview. The rear passenger, a 27 year old adult male, Sacramento resident, identified himself as a concealed weapons permit holder and was armed with an unloaded handgun. The investigation revealed he did not have a valid CCW. The driver of the vehicle, a 29 year old adult male, Merced resident, was a convicted felon and was found to have a stun gun in his trunk. The 27 year old adult male was cited for having an unloaded firearm in a vehicle and the 29 year old driver was cited for felon in possession of a stun gun.
#022 Battery, Resisting Arrest, Vandalism and Violation of Civil Rights Arrest
A reporting party calls to report a possible battery between two subjects. Officers arrive and locate one of the involved subjects, a 19 year old adult male, Newark resident, and ask him to stop. The male attempts to flee on foot and struggles with officers when he is stopped a short distance away. During the investigation it was learned that the 19 year old male had made remarks about the other party’s ethnicity during the battery. The male was placed under arrest for resisting arrest, battery, violation of civil rights and vandalism.
#030 Warrant Arrest
Officer Harvey made a pedestrian stop in the area of Peralta/Acacia on a 22 year old adult male. The male was arrested for his warrants.
#001 Attempt Residential Burglary
Officers responded to take an attempt residential burglary at the Rancho Luna Apartments, located on the 3900 block of Monroe Ave. The victim stated that between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., someone attempted to gain entry into his residence via forced entry on the front door. The doors outer frame was broken but no entry was made. No items reported missing.
