Clayton County Fire Chief and EMA Director, Landry Merkison advises the following:
The National Weather Service in Peachtree City has issued a dense fog advisory for a large portion of north and central Georgia including Clayton County until 12:00 am.
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduce to less than one quarter mile and make driving extremely difficult. Please slow down and use your headlights. Leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
