ARRESTS:
#053 Possession of a Burglary Tool Arrest
Officer Stillitano initiated a traffic stop near Fremont/Margery and contacted a 20 year old adult male. A probation search resulted in the seizure of a shaved key and the male was arrested for same.
#001 Driving while Unlicensed
Officer Gentry stopped a 26 year old adult female near Thornton/880 and arrested her for driving while unlicensed.
#032 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officer Richards conducted a stop on an adult male who was riding his bike on a sidewalk near Fremont Bl. and Decoto Rd. During the contact the male admitted to being in possession of an illegal pipe and controlled substance. He was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
#047 Warrant Service
Officer Hernandez conducted a pedestrian stop on an adult male near Nicolet and Romilly Way. The male was found to have a no bail warrant for burglary and was placed under arrest.
#048 Driving with a Suspended License
Officer Collins conducted a vehicle stop near S. Grimmer and Technology Dr. The female driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
#049 Possession of Controlled Substance
Officer Gentry conducted a pedestrian stop near Fremont Bl. and Central Ave. The adult male was contacted and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The male was placed under arrest and transported to jail.
#015 Possession of a Controlled Substance
Officer San Luis and Officer Perry conducted a pedestrian stop at Meyer Park and arrested/cited a 55 year old adult female for being in possession of a controlled substance.
#017 Driving without a License Arrest
Officer Ceniceros conducted a traffic stop at Fremont Bl and Nicolet Ave and arrested/cited a 34 year old adult male for driving without a license.
#005 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
Officers were dispatched to the area of Lowry Rd and Lark Way for a suspicious circumstance call. The reporting party stated she had just seen a male who had chased her the previous week. Officer Francisco contacted a 48 year old adult male and arrested him for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#023 Stolen Vehicle
CSO Anders was dispatched to a stolen vehicle report at Pacific Commons. The victim and CSO Anders were able to track the vehicle using the victim’s iPad to a location in San Jose. SJPD located the vehicle and returned it and the iPad back to the victim.
#015 Fraud
Officer Sasser investigated an identity theft case. A 43 year old adult male rented a room from the victim and ended up using the victim’s credit card to make about 70 purchases worth $3800 over about a two-month period. Officer Sasser contacted the suspect and arrested him for fraudulent use of an access card.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES:

Officers took a burglary report on the 46900 block of Lundy Tr. The unknown suspect(s) forced open the garage door and removed items without permission. The loss included religious figurines, toys and a suitcase.

Officers took a burglary report on the 4300 block of Laurel Glen Comm. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry by removing a screen to a sliding window and prying it open. Loss is jewelry.

Officers took a burglary report on the 1300 block of Steelhead Comm. Suspect(s) entered via a window that was possibly left open or unlocked. Loss is jewelry, currency and a laptop.

Officers took an attempt burglary report on the 38000 block of Buckboard Common.
