On Thursday January 8, 2014, The Cobra Unit encountered Shilo Bovyluster also known as Sequoia Bovyluster, white male and Mary Moody, white female panhandling for money at Old Dixie Highway and I-75 North. Both subjects were arrested for Soliciting Money from the Roadway. A further check of both subjects revealed Mr. Bovyluster is wanted for Violation of Parole out of the State of California with the original charge being for Child Molestation. Mr. Bovyluster will be extradited to California when his current charges with Clayton County are resolved. Mrs. Reddick is wanted by the State of Pennsylvania for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and her possible extradition is pending. Sheriff Victor Hill requests citizens to report any panhandling to the Sheriff's Office and to use Caution when encountering panhandlers as they are possibly Fugitives from Justice or have other intentions beyond asking for money. Sheriff Victor Hill
