The Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations in conjunction with the Colchester Police Department has arrested two males for sexual assault of an incapacitated female. The assault occurred at a residence in the Town of Colchester in the early morning hours of January 3, 2015.
Austin Chagnon, age 19 and Alaga Saric age 18 have been issued citations to appear in Vermont District Court, Criminal Division, for January 8, 2015, at 0830 hours, to answer to the charge of Sexual Assault.
Chagnon has an additional charge of Enabling Consumption by Minors for furnishing alcohol to underage minors.
The affidavit of probable cause will be on file with the Chittenden Superior Court Criminal Division Court Clerk.
