One Vehicle Crash Injures Driver
Parke County—This morning at 6:30, Indiana State Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on US 41 in Snake Hollow, which is just north of Coxville Road.
Preliminary investigation revealed a 2004 Dodge Stratus was northbound on US 41 and upon entering Snake Hollow, traveled off the right edge of the roadway. The vehicle continued over a 12 to 15 foot embankment and came to rest in a creek bed.
Injured driver: Christopher Smith, age 26, of Rockville, IN.
Transported by family to Union Hospital of Clinton for treatment of neck and arm pain. Seatbelts were in use and no citations were issued.
The crash was investigated by ISP Master Trooper John Goldner. Assisting were troopers Mike Laney and Jeremy Lewis.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
