Winter weather advisory for snow in effect from 1am to 1pm est Tuesday 
Snow accumulations up to 2 to 4 inches. Moderate at times. tonight into Tuesday. Heaviest snow between 4 am to 10 am. Temps in the lower 20s. Teens on the ridges. Winds southwest 5 to 15 mph becoming west with gusts up to 30 mph Tuesday afternoon. Snow accumulations on surfaces well below freezing will make for hazardous travel conditions.
