The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is holding a press conference at 2:30 this afternoon inside the OSBI headquarters located at 6600 N. Harvey Place, OKC. The focus of this press conference is to highlight a 34-year-old unsolved homicide case. January 5, 1981, Tracey Neilson was murdered inside her Moore apartment. It was Tracey’s 21st birthday. The OU student was stabbed to death.
At the press conference, a critical piece of evidence will be displayed. Investigators hope the public can help identify its origin. OSBI Director Stan Florence will also announce a reward for information in the case. And several members of Tracey’s family will attend and speak during the conference.
