Deputies still need the public’s help locating a runaway teen.
Diamon Brooke Dalton, 17, is now possibly driving a white 2005 Chevrolet truck owned by Dennis Edward Mulreany, of Old Fort. Mulreany reported the $5,000 truck stolen from a home on Fairview Road in Marion on Thursday, Jan. 1.
Dalton’s grandmother reported on Tuesday, Dec. 8 that Dalton had left their home on Circle Street in Marion during the early morning hours and didn’t return.
Deputies have been searching for her as a runaway since that time.
Dalton is a white female who stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has medium-length wavy blonde hair and green eyes. The truck is displaying North Carolina tag BMT-6131.
