Joint Investigation Leads to Arrest of Parolee on Felony Warrant

Frankton – A joint investigation involving State Parole Officers and State Troopers led to the arrest of a wanted felon today in Frankton, Indiana. Mark Tyler Miller, age 31, was located and arrested at the Lon Jean Trailer Park in Frankton about 2:30 p.m. today.

State Parole Officers had contacted the State Police after learning one of their parolees, Miller, had a felony warrant issued for his arrest in Madison County for Burglary, a Level 5 Felony, and Theft, a Level 6 felony.

Miller, who was on parole for Reckless Homicide, Burglary, Auto Theft and Resisting Law Enforcement, was lodged in the Madison County Jail on the new charges. Any questions reference Miller’s parole will need to be directed to state parole officials.

All Suspects Are Presumed Innocent Until Proven Guilty in a Court of Law
