This past week in Zone 7, the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
An attempt murder/burglary occurred near the 19400 block of Green Mountain Drive. At approximately 11:30P.M. the victim heard a loud noise from within her home. She walked down her stairs to investigate the sound and saw the suspect standing in her entryway of her home. The suspect immediately pointed a handgun at the victim and fired one round in her direction striking the ceiling. The suspect then ran away and out of view. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A grand theft auto occurred near the 26800 block of Isabella Parkway. The victim had her vehicle stolen while parked near the above location indicated. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A grand theft auto occurred near the 26800 block of Avenue of the Oaks. The victim had her vehicle stolen while parked in her driveway. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A vehicle burglary occurred near the intersection of Golden Triangle Road and Rainbow Glen Drive. Person(s) unknown shattered the victims rear passenger window and stole items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A petty theft from an unlocked occurred near the 20100 block of Drasin Drive. Person(s) unknown entered the victims unlocked vehicle and stole items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
