Pico Rivera Station Detectives were recalled on Christmas Day after deputies received a crime tip from the public regarding the robbery. On December 26, 2014, the detectives’ investigation led to the identification of the driver of the grey BMW and the identification of an additional accomplice.  Suspect #2 Jonathan Mora (driver) voluntarily turned himself in to detectives at the Pico Rivera Station.  He was subsequently arrested for robbery and booked at the Pico Rivera Station.  He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.  Suspect #2 Jonathan Mora is an 18 year old Hispanic male and is a resident of the City of Whittier.

Both Bulldogs were recovered unharmed during the investigation.  One Bulldog puppy was found by a West Whittier resident on Christmas Day after the puppy was found wandering in the street near her residence.  The second Bulldog puppy was returned to “Mr. Bulldog” store by an unidentified person on December 26, 2014.
