Update to suspicious death on Admiral Court on 12/27/14

On 12/27/14 at approximately 4:50PM, officers and rescue personnel were dispatched to an apartment at 1438 Admiral Court on the city's west side for a male laying in the hallway. The complainant did not know if the male was breathing. When officers and rescue arrived, they found a male deceased in the hall. The male is identified as Marion E. Artis, 58 years old from Green Bay.

An autopsy was performed on Mr. Artis and the detective division is awaiting results of toxicology testing. As this time the death is listed as suspicious until a definitive cause can be determined.

The detective division is continuing to investigate this incident. At this time the general public is not in any danger.
