One of our Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, Marcus Carl Robinson was apprehended by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit at his place of employment in Atlanta. He was arrested for Violation of Probation with the original charges of Aggravated Battery and 2 counts of Cruelty to Children. Sheriff Victor Hill.
