Cat licenses for year 2015 are now available at the Sheboygan Police Dept. Any cat kept in the City of Sheboygan is required to be licensed with the City. A current rabies certificate is required to purchase a license.
Licenses for cats are $5.25 if the animal is neutered or spayed. If the animal is un-altered, the license fee is $12.25.
Dog licenses are also for sale at the Police Dept. Owners must also show a current rabies vaccination certificate in order to purchase a dog license. License fees for dogs are $10.00 for dogs that are neutered/spayed, and $15.00 for unaltered animals.
Licenses may be obtained at the Police Department front counter, 1315 N. 23rd St. Licenses are sold from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, including Saturdays and Sundays.
